- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item number(s) and description(s) of the items you wish to return or exchange
- Your written approval to charge your credit card for the exchanged item(s) being shipped

Return/Exchange Policy

- Please let us know immediately if there is a problem with your order
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date
- Allow 2 weeks for processing returns and exchanges
- Skull and Bows is not responsible for RETURNED items that are lost or damaged in transit
- Skull and Bows will pay the shipping on any return or exchange where the incorrect item was shipped initially
